起始区4.6平方公里的总体研究

确定起始区域规划的定位和整体空间结构

形成完整的功能布局、道路网格和交通系统、公共空间系统和景观节点设计等方案

点扇区建筑设计

报名单位根据各自的城市设计方案明确了福田站城一体建筑设计范围，完成了20万平方米以上的概念性建筑方案设计。

公开申请结束后，选择5个入选设计单位展开程序设计，从中选出3个优胜单位，经过相关评审过程明确中选单位，最终以中选单位完成后续设计和咨询服务。

通过资格预审入住的5个设计机构按时提交成果，经专家审查同意后，可以得到350万元的设计补偿金。

最终评选公司承担合同金额达到3000万人民币的后续服务事业。

二、招聘方法procedures of solicitation

通过资格预审，选出5名应聘者(包括共同体应聘者)参加招聘活动，提出申请设计方案。

七、申请人资格要求eligibilityandqualificationsofparticipants

1 .申请人(以下简称“申请人”)应为合法注册的法人或合法注册的法人组成的项目联合体。

1 .申请设计补偿金

承包商按照招聘要求向提出比较有效的方案招聘申请文件的申请人支付申请设计补偿金。 金额是人民币350万元(含税)。

1.1本次计划招募收到的比较有效的申请设计成果一律不予返还。

1.2申请人提出的申请城市设计的版权全部由主办者/承包人拥有。 应聘者对应聘的城市设计有署长权限。 经主办人/承包人书面同意后，申请者可以以媒体、专业杂志、出版物或其他形式评价和展示有关申请设计成果的内容。 除申请人的设计标准、设计方针、制图要素外，申请人不得将申请设计成果用于其他计划设计项目。
